Hahn Cemetery

This cemetery served the citizens of Hahn, Texas, now known as Hahn
Prairie. Located sixteen miles northwest of Wharton in northwestern
Wharton County at the junction of Farm Roads 1160 and 2546,.this town was
established about 1897 and abandoned before 1950.
The following list of graves is in alphabetical order. There was evidence
of more graves, but no markers were found. Some stones were broken,
illegible, or buried. At the time of this survey, the cemetery was
overgrown in spots and ant infested. The cemetery is enclosed within a
cyclone fence, and is still receiving burials...
